The benefits of the practice of yoga during pregnancy are many: increased body awareness, anxiety and stress reduction, practice of breathing exercises, improved sleep, mood, energy and a general state of well-being.
I teach Prenatal Yoga through Blossom Birth & Family, where I also work as a Program Manager.

There is usually plenty of street parking, but feel free to park at any of the two parking lots in the park, they are both within is a short walk from our meeting spot.
