Service Description

In this class we will explore asana postures as well as breathing and meditation techniques. The aim of all my classes is to foster community, cultivate presence, and balance by observing and connecting to our bodies and hearts. - Please bring a mat, a blanket and water. - No previous experience in yoga is required. - All new students will be kindly asked to sign a liability waiver before class. Payments also through Venmo.
