YOGA

Simple yet powerful practices that awaken and open body, mind and heart

What to expect from my Yoga classes

 

I teach contemporary Hatha Yoga. It's classic haha yoga adapted to our current times. None of my classes are divided by level or need previous experience.

I don't teach 'exercise' yoga. The aim of my work is within.

I believe in keeping it simple so you can go deeper in.

My classes may take different formats for different groups:

  • Gentle Hatha and Yin Flow

  • Contemporary Hatha Yoga

  • Women's Circles (Satsangas) 

  • Prenatal Yoga

  • Baby & Me

  • Kids Yoga

  • Private Yoga sessions (all styles)

My practice flows gently and leads you on a journey inwards, where we can focus on observing our minds, our breath and find home in our bodies.

 

We will benefit from asanas (physical postures), breathing techniques (pranayamas), meditation and the invaluable aspect of community that yoga naturally promotes.

My aim with all my classes is to cultivate presence, as well as awareness of our bodies, emotions and mind, by connecting deeper to ourselves, our breath and like-minded people.

I also believe Yoga can be a powerful practice to relieve stress and cultivate self-esteem.

I follow and honor the guidance of my teachers: Alfimar Rossi, Marcos Rojo e Bruna Dell'Agnolo. My lineage comes from the Kaivalyadhama Health and Yoga Research Center, founded by Swami Kuvalayananda. Find out more about my yoga journey here.
